How to Cook

1.  Loosen noodles and put them in a large pot of boiling water, stir immediately;
2. Bring the water back to a boil, then reduce heat to a gentle boil and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes (depending on your preference of tenderness), stirring occasionally;
3. Strain the noodles, then rinse in cold water. Strain and serve noodles with broth and  garnishes. Enjoy!
