A quick and healthy kale noodle bowl

Feel hungry but only have a short break in between meetings, try to this quick and healthy kale noodle recipe:

  1. Put a bundle of kale noodles in a big pot of boiling water ( about 2-3 liter of water) and stir constantly for about 2 mins;
  2. Strain the noodles:
  3. toss with 1/2 tsp of sesame oil and 1/2 tsp oyster sauce and a pinch of salt , and tops with a few unsalted cashew nuts or nuts of your choice.
  4. Enjoy!!!
